Dear John: 

I would like to thank you and your associates at McBride Real Estate Associates for the efforts you made to sell my Trumbull house in just three weeks.  You started by giving me an active single family listing for Trumbull and then determined a fair selling price.  The many detailed and pictured handouts you supplied to other realtors helped sell the house.  A luncheon held at our home for other realtors gave us extra exposure.  Your personal attention to selling my house contributed to a quick sale in a depressed market.  In Trumbull alone there were over 300 houses for sale at the time.  All your efforts contributed to make the house closing a pleasure and problem free.

Dear John: 

Even though I have only met you the one time at my home, my son, Bob, has told me of so many nice things about you.  I felt I could take the liberty to address you by your first name.  I must say thank you very much for doing such a fine job on the sale of my house.  Your integrity and honesty came through with flying colors.
